The Gosforth Group is a multi-academy trust consisting of six schools (Gosforth Academy, Gosforth Junior High Academy, North Gosforth Academy, Jesmond Park Academy, Callerton Academy and Great Park Academy) committed to providing a superb education for students from Year 5 through to Year 13.
Required from September 2022, we are seeking an inspirational, dynamic and industrious teacher to join and help lead a rapidly developing Science department in an exciting phase of the Academy’s development. We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive and energetic with superb subject knowledge and the skills necessary to teach Science across key stages 3 and 4 and deliver outstanding outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of raising attainment and accelerating progress, whilst demonstrating effective teaching and learning at all times. Our Second in Department for Science will be a consummate professional and a strong team player who will enthuse and motivate colleagues and students.
